Leslie H. Williams is an Associate Consultant with Business Automation,
specializing in telecommunications systems and networks. She has over twenty
years of telecommunications industry experience. Prior to entering the consulting
field in 1991, Ms. Williams spent over ten years working for major
telecommunications vendors.
Ms. Williams’ primary experience in the telecommunications industry has been
in the areas of large PBX system design, project management, end-user training
and system programming. In this capacity she has been responsible for installations
of up to 12,000 lines, including preparation of architectural blue prints and
development of a system database. In addition, Ms. Williams has gained substantial
experience in voice processing systems, voice/data integration, call accounting
systems and incoming call centers. She is also an active member of the Society of
Telecommunications Consultants.
Ms. Williams has been responsible for several engagements with Business
Automation including projects which involved design and analysis of private line
long distance networks, implementation of data and voice circuits connecting
multiple sites for various corporations, review and analysis of telecommunications
products and services and the review and selection of PBX equipment.
In addition to her expertise in the area of database design and system
implementation, Ms. Williams has developed and presented customized seminars in
telephone etiquette and procedures.
Ms. Williams is a graduate of Arizona State University with a B.S. degree in
Communication Disorders. A native Arizonan, Ms. Williams resides with her
husband and two children in Phoenix, Arizona.
