systems, software and related equipment for matters dealing with business
dissolutions, insurance, bankruptcies and allegations of arson. He has prepared
written opinions and given depositions and courtroom/arbitration testimony.

Testified in AAA arbitration regarding services fees comparing fess
attributable to development to fees attributable to implementation services.
Testified in AAA arbitration regarding software cost. Issue was
value of non-functioning modules of a municipal software package.
Prepared report on value of computer store inventory after a fire
(settled prior to testimony).
Prepared report on system and network valuation, used to resolve a
dispute pursuant to the breakup of a professional services firm.
Assisted with pre-trial discovery for defense as an expert consultant in an
alleged bank fraud. The issues related to computer security and unauthorized

Consulting and testifying expert engagements in several matters involving
governmental regulation and allegedly flawed commercial and governmental
