course of this work, he has:
Testified more than 50 times in federal and state litigation, as well
as AAA arbitrations and other alternative dispute resolution.
Been engaged by counsel on all sides of computer related disputes
(including customers, vendors, implementors, patent holders, alleged patent
infringers, former employers, current employers, etc.).
Been qualified as an expert on software defects,
computer hardware defects and flawed computer system
implementation,
including matters related to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Supply Chain
Management (SCM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
His expert witness engagements have included courtroom and deposition testimony
in lawsuits, arbitrations, mediations and formal governmental hearings.
Mr. Hilliard has worked as a computer and management consultant since the
1980s, and has experience in software development, project management, and
computer/software sales and marketing.

Independent Computer Consultants Association, and is a published author and a
professional speaker.
