Mr. Ganster’s experience includes managing the business end of several complex, multi-year, multi-million dollar infrastructure outsourcing and managed services (including service level agreement management) engagements. These engagements included prime contractor roles with large clients, including multiple engagements in the manufacturing and transportation industries where his primary responsibility was to manage (decrease) costs while maintaining or improving service levels by reviewing outages and incidents, analyzing availability and performance, and forecasting capacity.
